Hormann have been working hard in the background to create new products for the market, some of these have already been released and some are due later in the year.
New products coming from Hormann!
ART42 Vitraplan
Based on Hormann’s ALR Vitraplan industrial sectional range, Hormann has developed the flush Duratec glazed panels to work with their domestic sectional garage door mechanism to create the ART42 Vitraplan.
This opens the ART42 Vitraplan to the greater domestic/residential door market, and is perfect for those that desire a modern stylish design - features include:
- Surface mounted and flush fitting Duratec glazing in grey.
- Concealed frame profiles with matching colour, Jet Black RAL9005.
- Door leaf reinforcements and hinges are also in Jet Black RAL9005.
- The domestic sectional garage door system requires less head and side room, making it more suited for residential garages.
- Exclusive door appearance, ideal for residential buildings requiring a modern façade.
- Door sizes up to 4m wide.
We can expect Hormann to deliver this new product in October.
Aluminium Frame Door HART 42
It appears that while Hormann were developing the Duratec Glazed Vitraplan for the domestic sectional they also decided to extend this to the side sliding HST garage door. Furthermore, they have also included 12 infill variants of glazing, mesh grille or panels.
Even distribution of the door infills and available only with operator.
This door has been designed to provide more light and better ventilation in the garage.
New Thermo 65 Design 630s
A new style of Thermo 65 front entrance door has been designed by Hormann and added to the range, the 630s. This door will be ideal if you are looking to brighten your hallway or entrance with the large frameless glazed cut out feature.
HST Wicket Door
For all side sliding sectional doors HST42 you now have the option of a wicket door within the panel for that extra level of convenience. This pedestrian access door can open either inwards or outwards and be positioned in any panel except the outer two.
Double leaf entrance door – Thermo 65
If you have the space, why not have a double leaf entrance door. Double doors offer the practical benefits of greater passage width, but also create a distinctive grandeur. All the while maintaining excellent thermal values and the minimalist appearance with flush fitting transition between the traffic and fixed leaf.
This door can be available up to 2250mm tall and is available in the majority of all Thermo65 styles.
Multi-Purpose double leaf door MZ Thermo 65
Being launched late in the year will be this Double leaf multipurpose door set, it gives more passage width for workshops and hobby rooms. Flush fitting transition between the doors without visible center rail, integrated locking in the fixed leaf. A door leaf and frame thermal break to prevent condensation, with a high thermal insulation. Available in 3 different styes.
